Cancellation/Return Policy:

Our policy is simple: you can cancel your order at any time prior to being shipped. We accept returns made within 7 days of receiving your shipment, excluding shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee on all returns. We offer a 100% lifetime guarantee of authenticity of our fossils and minerals.


Shipping Policy:

If your order arrives damaged, please retain the original packaging, and the damaged goods. Take pictures, contact the shipping company, and be prepared to present the damaged goods along with the original packaging at their request. We will do everything on our end to help.
